Having arranged the JC hiring interviews twice (which admittedly is a smaller problem) I would recommend that you send each one of them an email asking them to tell you exactly which times on which days during the whole length of the period they are available. I know that this is way above the 10 bits limit that you gave yourself, but you will be happy you did this when you start scheduling.
