Different Smilies

When I enter 80 or more smilies of any kind in the same message, they are also generated as the funny moving kind. In any other circumstance, however, mine are the static normal kind and my peers' are the ridiculous moving kind. When I IM myself the original message and the "response" both use the same kind of smilies with the rules as stated above (the funny smilies only appear if there are 80 or more in the same message) . All of the tongues in an entire conversation wiggle in unison.
